Creating Screenshots:
Windows: Use the Windows + Shift + S keys to select and capture a portion of your screen.
Mac: Shift + Command + 4 allows you to select an area of the screen for a screenshot, which is saved on your desktop.
Android: Press and hold the volume down button and the power button simultaneously for a few seconds. The screenshot will be saved in your device's gallery.
iOS (iPhone/iPad): On devices with Face ID, press and release the volume up button and the side button simultaneously. On devices with a Home button, press and release the Home button and the side/top button simultaneously. The screenshot will automatically be saved in the "Screenshots" album.
Other Useful Keyboard Shortcuts for Collaboration:
Ctrl/Cmd + C and Ctrl/Cmd + V: Indispensable combinations for copying and pasting text or images, which can significantly speed up data sharing.
